Μια οικογένεια πηγαίνει για μπάνιο την τελευταία μέρα των καλοκαιρινών τους διακοπών. ένα μικρό κορίτσι θέλει να κάνει το πρώτο της μπάνιο χωρίς μπρατσάκια, αλλά οι γονείς της θέλουν να το αναβάλουν για το επόμενο καλοκαίρι. Μια αλληγορία της στάσης των Δυτικών κοινωνιών απέναντι στο μεταναστευτικό ζήτημα.

It’s the last day of the family’s vacations. A little girl wants to swim without her wings, but her parents want to postpone it until next summer. An allegory about the attitude of the Western civilization towards the refugee crisis.

Γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα. Σπούδασε στη Σχολή Σταυράκου, το Πανεπιστήμιο Πειραιώς και το Οικονομικό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Η ταινία μικρού μήκους του «Πρώτο Μπάνιο» έλαβε μέρος σε διεθνή φεστιβάλ, όπως Τεργέστης, In the Palace, Bengaluru, Dhaka, Foyle), λαμβάνοντας αρκετές διακρίσεις. Επίσης, η ταινία αποτέλεσε μέρος της σπονδυλωτής ταινίας μεγάλου μήκους "Στην Κόψη", η οποία προβλήθηκε στους ελληνικούς κινηματογράφους (διανομή New Star). Έχει γυρίσει τα τηλεοπτικά ντοκιμαντέρ «Αγγίζοντας το Άυλο» και «Με ταχύτητα φωτός», τα οποία προβλήθηκαν από την ΕΡΤ. Η νέα του ταινία μικρού μήκους animation «Το Νησί της Ζέβρας», είναι παραγωγής του Ελληνικού Κέντρου Κινηματογράφου και της ΕΡΤ. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε εργαστήρια σεναρίου και pitching labs (Mediterranean Film Institute workshop, In the Palace – Filmer Forge Pitch, EKOME Storytelling, Drama Pitching Talent Lab, Olympia “Creative Ideas” and Mecal IFF Animation Pitch). Έχει γράψει το σενάριο μεγάλου μήκους ταινίας «Αδράνεια», το οποίο συμμετείχε στο TorinoFilmLab και στο Budapest Debut Film Forum. Έχει βραβευτεί από την Ένωση Σεναριογράφων Ελλάδος και την Εταιρεία Ελλήνων Σκηνοθετών. Έγραψε και σκηνοθέτησε το θεατρικό έργο «Η Αντιγόνη σε νέες περιπέτειες» που συμμετείχε στους Πανελλήνιους Μαθητικούς Αγώνες Αρχαίου Δράματος και Σύγχρονου Θεάτρου (εύφημος μνεία). Είναι εισηγητής των κινηματογραφικών σεμιναρίων «Από τα Κόμικς στη Σκηνοθεσία» και «Μιούζικαλ και Καλλιτεχνική Έκφραση».

He was born in Athens, Greece. He studied Filmmaking, and Information Sciences & Multimedia Technology.
His short film "First Swim" was screened in international film festivals, including Trieste FF, In The Palace, Bengaluru ISFF, Foyle FF - special mention. In October 2022, "First Swim" was one of the seven short films / chapters of the feature film "Sharp", screened in Greek cinemas (distribution company New Star).
He filmed the TV documentaries “Speed of Light” and "Touching the intangible", produced by the Greek broadcaster.
His animated short film “Zebra's Island”, produced by the Greek Film Center and the Greek broadcaster, is at production stage. He participated in several script and pitching labs (Torino Film Lab, Mediterranean Film Institute, In The Palace Filmer Forge Pitch, EKOME Storytelling, Drama Pitching Mini Talent Lab, Olympia Creative Ideas, Mecal).
He has been awarded by the Scriptwriters’ Guild of Greece and by the Greek Directors' Guild.
He has written a feature film script, called “Inertia”, which participated in the Budapest Debut Film Forum and Torino Film Lab.
He also wrote and directed the visual art performance “The New Adventures of Antigone”, based on the Greek tragedy (special mention in the Annual Greek Student Art Competition).
He is tutor of the film workshops “From Comic Books, to Directing” and "Using Musical Films to Teach Expressive Arts".
