Melina holds a master in Film Studies from Fine Arts of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
She is a member of WIFT GR (Women in Film and Television Greece).

Her first movie Chimera (2019, short film) has participated and awarded in several European Film Festivals.
Sun & Shadow (2022) is her thesis film and has been awarded in DISFF & Athens IFF.
