Ο Γιώργος Γαλανόπουλος είναι φωτογράφος και κινηματογραφιστής με έδρα τη Σαντορίνη. Εδώ και 15 χρόνια δημιουργεί εικόνες και ταινίες που αξιοποιούν το ιδιαίτερο φως και τοπίο του νησιού. Έχει σκηνοθετήσει έξι ταινίες μικρού μήκους και εκθέτει συστηματικά το έργο του σε γκαλερί στην Οία. Αυτοδίδακτος, με εμπειρία από διεθνή σεμινάρια και εκθέσεις, συνεχίζει να εξερευνά τα όρια ανάμεσα στη φωτογραφία και τον κινηματογράφο.

Giorgos Galanopoulos is a photographer and cinematographer based in Santorini, Greece. For the past 15 years, he has been creating visual work shaped by the island’s unique light and landscape. He has directed six short films and has been exhibiting his art in a gallery in Oia. Self-taught and enriched by international seminars and exhibitions, he continues to explore the boundary between photography and cinema.
